Fellowship At New Life Wesleyan

 

We like to get together with each other as often as possible! After all, we ARE a family in Christ, right? We are like a family that hasn't seen each other for awhile, maybe spread out geographically but otherwise very close...when we get together, wacky things happen. We never forget WHY we're together, the Founder of the feast, so to speak, but we do have fun. Here are some photos from a recent breakfast the men of the church prepared for anyone who cared to brave our cooking skills. Wasn't bad at all...no emergency room runs, and quite a few compliments. Irene's Finnish rolls stole the day (and my Belgian waffles weren't TOO bad, if I must say!). In a more serious vein...we take to heart the verse "For you, brothers, were called to freedom. Only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity to gratify your flesh, but through love make it your habit to serve one another." (Gal 5:13, ISV). We try to serve those around us.
