Back To School Night - August 6

 

Mecca New Life Wesleyan Church sponsors a Back To School Night before the beginning of the school year. We solicit donations of school supplies (everything from pencils to backpacks) from local businesses and individuals and then distribute them, according to the published lists of grade-level needs put out by the school corporations. We will provide clothing as well, either from the Clothes Closet or other contributors. We try to make sure that every child has what he or she needs to start the school year on a positive note. We normally serve between 60-70 families.
